Every single time, Kenny has been transparent, thorough, and incredibly helpful. He explains what the team found, what repairs are recommended, and what’s a priority vs. what can wait. That kind of honesty is rare, and it’s exactly why we keep coming back.
The technicians always do excellent work, and on the rare occasion we’ve had a follow-up issue, Kenny has gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
It’s hard to find a shop that’s not only skilled and reliable, but also truly cares about its customers. Colorado Tire & Service is one of those rare gems.

I went to Colorado Tire and Service for brakes, oil change, and an inspection. The inspection found that quite a few things, primarily suspension, need repaired ($4000+). I informed the guys at the front desk that I was in the process of looking for a new car, and they recommended only doing the repairs necessary for safety (those involving the brakes). This is the opposite of my normal experience at a mechanic where they are constantly trying to upsell and pressure me into repairs. Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I immediately got the impression that they have my best interests in mind. On top of the great service, they used a coupon without me even having to request it (saved $100). I will definitely be going back. Thank you!

Colorado Tire and Service has been our shop of choice for a little over 15 years, starting with their Aurora location and now in Centennial. No matter what automotive issue we brought to them-and there were some weird ones, they always gave us a fair price and quality service! Very knowledgable sales people and the best techs around! Our company van got stolen quite a few years ago. The theives completely destroyed the steering column, so they could start it with a screwdriver, drilled out locks and broke windows. Colorado Tire repaired the van back to brand new and for a fair price! Whether you need tires, brakes or new steering columns, this is the place to go, no matter which location you choose! If I could give them more stars, I would. My husband speaks highly of them all the time. My windshield washer liquid would only spray out on the driver's side and not out of the passenger's side. It was more annoying than it was because at least my driver's side was clean and half of the passenger side. So today for the first time, I decided to have them look into my situation. Kenneth immediately greeted me and when I approached him, I introduced myself and who my husband is. He acknowledged that he remembers my husband. Fifteen minutes later, Kenneth came to tell me that the tube leading to the passenger side was blocked and blew it out and it would be at no charge. Wow, quick and fantastic service. We will continue to bring our vehicles here to be serviced.

I walked in Colorado Tire and Service - Centennial with a car that won’t start, and no appointment. Kenny and the team there made it a PRIORITY to get my car in for service. And not 10 minutes later they had it in the garage. I mean, what shop offers that commitment to service?! Even better, the cost was less than the two quotes I got from other shops. I also was very happy to hear my new battery is covered by an awesome warranty. Plus, they have a rewards program that has me thinking I can save a lot of money servicing my car on the reg with them. I took my Jeep here to check a NO start No Crank issue I was having with my 2010 Jeep Wrangler for over a year now! I have taken my Jeep to another Garage and they charged me $33.00 to do a diagnostic check and found nothing after I tried to explain to the man that he could find the steps on U-Tube to check the problem he laughed at me and said he did not have time to do that... I explained this to Jasper and he said to leave the Jeep with them and they would check the issue at no charge, and I would just like to say thank you and I think what ever you did may have fixed the problem cause since I picked it up I have not had the No start No Crank problem.. Thank you for listening to me and taking the time to diagnose the problem. I will definitely return for service to my Jeep.

I just want to start off by saying I’ve stopped in three times between November and March for three very different reasons. I’ve gotten my car back in a reasonable time, and since we moved further north, I’d rather risk driving an extra five miles to get my car here.
First of all: military discount!! YAY!
Secondly: complimentary uber/ride share back home/work/wherever you need to be after dropping off your vehicle
Third: as a woman, Kenny, Ray, all the greatest dudes that work there don’t talk down on me when I have questions!!!
From someone who has gone to all the chain mechanic shops, I honestly don’t go anywhere else now. 15/10 would recommend Colorado Tire & Service. They work fast and you’re supporting local!

Expensive enough to know the parts and labor are quality, and cheap enough to get everything done to keep your car in tip top shape. The team here knew exactly what needed to be done and had a great paper trail of why it needed to be done. I had a nail in my tire too close to the sidewall, and instead of trying to immediately sell me new tires, they noted they looked new (they were, about 6 months new) and that there might be a warranty from where I got them to replace them. Could’ve been an easy $350 for them to snag but they seem to put the long term customer relationship and honesty ahead of a quick buck. This is the first shop I’ve found that takes the extra 30 seconds to always top off wiper fluid, it’s a small thing, but one less thing I need to think about. Will be coming back for years to come.

I came here worried that I would be taken advantage of since I know absolutely nothing about cars. Once there I felt at ease. Staff is AMAZING! They greet you as soon as you walk in the door! I never felt like I was taken advantage of. I was told the things I needed fix and was also given a list of things the were recommended in the next 6 months. Never once did i feel like I was being forced to purchase anything that wasn't needed. The manager (Jasper) even showed me my brake pad and struts vs a new set to reassure me that the job was completely necessary. I am happy to say I will be coming back for ALL my future car needs! Every time I have taken my car in they have been professional and always listen to my concerns. This last time i took my car in for an oil change and I asked them to check my brakes and maybe do a tuneup along with the oil change. They called before doing any of the extra things to let me know what they found and how much it would be. They have never tried to talk me into doing anything more than what I ask. They did let me know some things to watch for and what might need to be done in the future. My car is 14 years old and has over 100,000 miles so I expect it to need some maintenance. Being a woman I appreciate their respectfulness and their willingness to answer my questions. I value having someone I can trust.

Great service from a team that seems to be legit. They were called upon in emergency since the quickly lube location I'd been going to (won't mention the name, but they're close to this location) decided to replace my oil plug using an impact instead of a hand tool, like normal mechanics who care know to do. These guys ordered a difficult part to source for a difficult car, got the car in early morning and got out the same day. Great stuff. Mechanic techs get a bad rap in terms of mistrust, some of which is unfortunately warranted due to experiences like I had before coming here. These guys earned my trust. Great job, guys. Keep doing what you're doing. There are still people out there that appreciate honest work.

For the first time today, I decided to try out Colorado Tire & Service for an oil change and I was extremely impressed. Not only was I tremendously pleased with their work, but also their genuine customer service. I could tell right away that they were not interested taking advantage of me and my lack of automotive knowledge, but instead, committed to making sure I was satisfied with my service. In doing so, they have earned my business and I will undoubtedly use them for all future services. I can’t say enough great things about Kenny at Colorado Tire and Service! He recently fixed up my van and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Kenny was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about the work being done.

I don't write reviews but had to for this place. It's always a gamble starting off at a new mechanic, wondering if they are going to diagnose issues properly, and what they are going to charge. I have to say that showing up here was the most positive first impression I have had of any mechanic I have gone to. The staff was professional and personable. They were supportive and educating. The helped out with my minor issue and offered a great deal to do some of the other work that was needed on the vehicle. I 100% will be going back here and fully recommend that if your looking for a new mechanic, or even a quick fix, Colorado Tire and Service is the place for you. Thanks guys!

In the past couple years I've had 3 vehicle inspection reports from different businesses for my 20 year old SUV. All of them identified the same major repair concerns but theirs was the most comprehensive and had the most favorable repair cost estimates. After a 10 year hiatus from this garage I found them to be under new management and new mechanics. The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and engaged in my car care questions. I took the plunge and had them replace my radiator. It has been several days now and my temperature gauge indicates all is fine and I have not seen or smelled any leaks - a job well done. They also updated Carfax. My favorite go-to garage always seems to fall from grace after several years and it became time for me to shop around again. I've happy to say they have become my new go-to garage and I highly recommend them.

I walked in, explained what was wrong with my tire, and asked if they could also do an oil change. I was helped by a very nice lady, whose name I didn't quite catch, who let me know they could and would have it done today. I received a call a short time later saying they were done but I had an issue, I knew about but was told couldn't be done by another shop, and they could fix it so I ask them if I would still be able to get my car back the same day and they said yes. So, I also said yes. A little while later I get a call it was all done. The prices seemed very fair maybe even moreso and while I spent more then I meant to I also got something resolved that I thought I might have to buy new tires for. In conclusion, the service I received was great, I am happy with the work done, I am amazed at the expediency of said work. Overall great place, also they had a very cute dog.

I got a set of tires from Colorado Tire and Service and they are not only great quality but the service I have gotten is amazing. I have picked up a couple of nails on the highway and I have been able to have my tires fixed and very quickly. I get my oil changed here as well and have had my brakes done too. This is a one stop shop for all automotive needs. Jason, Paul and Lance are so helpful and always give good advice and options for service. They have very competitive prices even compared to big box tire shops. They also know me on a first name basis and are always so friendly. The customer service and automotive service are both exceptional. I recommend them to everyone.

I took my '04 Jeep Wrangler in for service recently and was impressed with the customer service and quality of work provided. As a female who doesn't know much about auto repair, it can be difficult to trust the recommendations for service at times. Due to past experiences, I have a fear of being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge on the subject... The staff was able to explain the problem and solution in simple terms I could understand. Luckily the repair was minimal- so my Jeep was back to me within the day. FAST! I have a mini fleet of aging vehicles with two college aged boys who frequent the mountains on dusty, snowy, bumpy roads. My wife and dog also enjoy hiking in remote locations putting additional stress on our SUVs. As such, I was looking for a auto repair shop that was reasonably priced and provided adequate service. What I found at Colorado Tire and Service a few years ago was more than I had expected. I almost always find their repair costs to be less than others..especially dealerships. Jasper is so good at explaining my choices and I have never witnessed them doing unneeded repairs on aging vehicles. Not so with other repair shops who took me to the cleaners with my wife’s 2008 Toyota Highlander which turned out to be a bank account drainer. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle repairs and the coupons they provide on a frequent basis are icing on the cake.

Little late on leaving my review but I had a flat tire on my Infiniti Q60 and when other shops turned me away cause they were too busy, these guys got me right in and PROPERLY patched my tire and that patch held strong till I was able to get my tires in from a dealership I worked at. I also have low profile tires on aftermarket rims and they didn’t scratch them at all. If I hadn’t already ordered my tires, I would have bought mine from these folks since they beat the quote I had from the dealership that was “taking care of me on tires”. 100% transparent and great service. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I had a great experience at this tire shop! The staff treated me very well from the moment I walked in. Kenneth was especially helpful—he took the time to explain my options and really educated me on what type of tires would be best for my car and driving habits. I never felt pressured, just supported and informed. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. Tristyn expertly repaired my tire, but he also made sure it was completely safe to drive on. They even checked and added air to all my tires, ensuring every detail was covered.
Highly recommend this place if you want honest advice and quality service! 😊

I've finally found a good, solid mechanic in this area! Ray and the guys at CTS were very professional, friendly, and understanding with my concerns about my car and helped me get back on the road quickly and much more safely than it was before I came to them. Their communication was excellent and their service was above and beyond. They have a rewards program so I can save money on every service and receive a percent off what I spent for the next one. My car is old and my driving is not great so I'll definitely be needing this!
My friend recommended them to me because she and her husband said CTS always does good work without overpricing or trying to offer repairs that aren't really necessary. She has always been able to trust them to be fair, honest, and reliable, and I'm so glad she helped me find them! I feel much more confident with the condition of my car and I'm very grateful for all the guys at CTS.

We have a daughter who is residing in another state for college. She had some trouble with her car so I randomly called a couple of auto shops to see if they could assist us with some issues she was having with her vehicle. I managed to get a hold of Kenny and from the moment I’ve talked to him, he was very dedicated to assisting us and giving us the best deal possible. He went above and beyond and got his whole team involved with getting our daughter’s vehicle fixed. It is an older car and we did not want to sink a bunch of money into it. They provided photos and, even went as far as to fix her key fob, which was never part of our conversation. We feel so lucky that a complete stranger would take such good care of our daughter/family for a great value. He walked us through the entire process and they did not fix anything that was not agreed upon. I would highly recommend this business and Kenny personally. He is amazing. Thank you!

At the Centennial location, Kevin is your go-to man for courteous, straightforward assistance. He knows his stuff and explains in plain language what is needed, what it will cost, and how long it will take. I was pleasantly surprised at his honest approach to the repairs needed to my car's wheels and bearings, and I didn't feel I was being talked into any unnecessary work. Plus, the final bill matched Kevin's estimate. All in all, a very satisfying experience from a locally owned and operated shop.
